Becoming Part of HRS

We offer training across a wide range of skills, including computers, operating the mixing desk, making programmes and jingles and presentation skills.

Some of our presenters have gained employment with commercial radio stations after learning their skills at HRS.

HRS isn't just about radio - though it helps to be interested! We are always looking for donations to support our work as well as making our name known in the community. We need people to raise funding and our profile in the community. Some of our members never present programmes preferring to work in the background.
